Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment (medical emergencies and illness excepted). If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, the full amount of your appointment will be charged and will need to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
Out of courtesy, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for the full scheduled session, plan to be on time.
